Located in the rural area of Griggs County in North Dakota, Top Taste found themselves searching for creative ways to reach and gain the attention of potential employee recruits.  Following an initial consultation to assess their needs, we set out to create a visual presentation piece for use in multiple applications.

The first step was to spend a day in the midst of the operations, photographing the people and processes in a variety of ways.  Then, drawing from past literature and published works we went to work creating a video streamed story of Fettings Frozen Products, their products, people and community. 

The final video stream is distributed to potential employment agencies, used as a DVD presentation at job fairs and as an up-close and personal welcome tour on their website.
