❖ It’s isn’t necessary to contract for both coverage and album. One may be done completely independently from the other.
❖ Wedding time is considered reserved with a signed contract and a $450 deposit. Deposits are held on account and applied to the level of coverage contracted for. The balance of the coverage level contracted for is due one month prior to the wedding date. In the case of a canceled wedding, and when notified 90 days or more prior to the wedding day, 1/2 of the deposit will be refunded.
❖ A pre-payment plan may be established when the wedding services are contracted - basically a lay-away plan. All funds received are deposited and held toward the final end result.
❖ Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard & Discover
❖ All wedding coverage plans include a high resolution DVD of the edited and print ready images. It is HIGHLY recommended that this DVD be duplicated and stored in several different safe locations. Because reproduction rights are signed over, we don’t archive for long periods of time and can only be counted on as primary backup for wedding images for one year from the wedding date.
❖ With over 14 years of photography and business experience to draw from and as a member of the Professional Photographer’s of America and the Kodak Promise of Excellence Program, we guarantee every effort to be made for satisfaction with the wedding photographic services provided and the resulting images. Prints created through MoonShot are further covered with a lifetime product performance guarantee by Kodak.

Coverage Menu

Choose the level of coverage that works for you. Each includes an engagement session, a DVD of high resolution images, reproduction rights and an enlargement print credit for selected images of your choice (sorry, no substitutions on the print credit).

The checklist works exceptionally well for determining which Level of Coverage fits your wish list and is the basis for the wedding day itinerary. If the wish list and the budget don’t match - you can adjust the list to fit the budget.

Images are edited for best overall content, color corrected, skin tone enhanced & numbered in chronological order prior to being burned to DVD. All files are saved in jpg format for universal printing and program acceptability.

Level I • 4 Hour Coverage • $1400
❖ The perfect amount of coverage for the couple looking to cover the essential moments of the day. Accommodates a total of 4 hours coverage which is generally good for small weddings with minimal groupings and in one location. Fits well for about 2 hours of posed portraiture and two hours of pre-ceremony, ceremony and post-ceremony pictures. Does not include reception coverage. 
❖ Includes a print credit of $250 for enlargements, reprints, albums or cards from your choice of images  

Level II • 6 Hour Coverage • $1800
❖ Great coverage for the couple looking to capture even more of the magic. 6 hours coverage is generally good for mid-sized weddings with various groupings and up to two locations. Fits well for about 3 hours of posed portraiture, two hours of pre-ceremony, ceremony & post-ceremony pictures and one hour of reception coverage. Times can be adjusted for either more or less of the wedding vs. reception based on your actual wish list. Does not include dance coverage. 
❖ Includes a print credit of $325 for enlargements reprints, cards or albums from your choice of images  

Level III • 8 Hour Coverage • $2200
❖ Incredible coverage for the couple interested in tons of storytelling images. 8 hours of coverage will get you up to 4 hours of posed imaging in multiple locations, two hours of pre-ceremony, ceremony & post-ceremony pictures and then reception and dance coverage for up to another 2 hours. Times can be adjusted for either more or less of the wedding vs. reception based on your actual wish list. 
❖ Includes a print credit of $475 for enlargements reprints, albums, cards or albums from your choice of images  

Level IV • From Beginning to End • $4300
❖ Especially for the couple wishing to capture all the magic - literally, from the beginning to the end. Capture the fun of the rehearsal and groom’s dinner. Have us with you as you and the girls head to the spa & hair salon in the morning. Catch the guys as they’re preparing to head to the church. Everything to the last dance. Up to two days of coverage and two photographers. Truly the ultimate in storytelling. 
❖ Includes a print credit of $850 for enlargements reprints, cards or albums from your choice of images  

Split Wedding • $350
Additional charge for couples that wish to not see one another prior to the ceremony. Applies to all Levels except IV which would allow for the additional time. 

Additional Coverage by the 1/2 hour • $300

The Lineup...

Preview Album
The Preview Album is a beautiful wire spiral bound book containing all or selected images from the wedding day. With a padded leatherette cover and personalized front page, the preview album makes a lovely keepsake as well as a great way to have your images at hand any time you’d like. All images are numbered to correspond with the digital images. Preview albums are priced according to the number of pages printed, with each page containing 12 images. You can choose to have selected images printed - or print all.

The Magazine
Like the Preview Album, the Magazine is spiral bound with a padded leatherette cover, but the similarities end there. Each page is custom designed with your selected images to create the enchanting story of your wedding day. Perfect as a main, companion or parent album. Each Level has a Print Credit allocated to it. So, whether it’s prints, cards or a slideshow, that dollar amount is waiting for you to use in the way you would like. Credits don’t expire and may be used when you’re ready.

We have a longstanding relationship with a terrific pro lab that consistently creates beautiful Kodak prints that will last a lifetime. 8x10 and larger prints are mounted and UV sprayed for additional protection and beauty (8x10 may print without mounting upon request.)

Planning for the Wedding Day Imaging Process

Regardless of the size or location, there are countless details every couple must contend with in a wedding event. Formal wedding pictures are typically created in a very intense, relatively short period of time, and so, many details must fall in line quickly. We strive to bring continuity, organization and humor to this process - after all, we may as well have a good time while accomplishing great things!

Over time there have been a variety of tips that have presented themselves that we’d like to pass on…
✤ The pre-wedding hours tend to be very stressful. Many things happen in a very short time period. Have a rest area set aside with light food such as sandwiches, cheese & crackers and cool, non-staining beverages like water or lemonade. This works two-fold:
✦ The nourishment is essential for helping the body to rejuvenate itself & will help to alleviate nausea or fainting
✦ Food is a great social thing here in America. Just the act of eating & drinking will help to calm the mind.
✤ The photography process, regardless of how long, is a tiring process. Knowing this, we encourage bridges & grooms to take five between the personal portraits and the wedding party sets. A short break will boost their energy level and diffuse frustrations which will in turn create better portraits. So, the five minutes is a win-win for everyone.
✤ Create a Wedding Agenda that can be handed out at the rehearsal. Some items that can be included in this agenda: What time they should be at the church; time to be available for pictures; where they can find their flowers, where they can dress at; when ushers will begin seating guests; when the prelude music will begin; when grandparent and parents will be ushered in; when lighting of candles will take place - and any other general information that will help all the “players” of the wedding know what is expected of them. The photographer should receive a copy of this agenda as well.
✤ Remind people (the agenda is a great place for this to be in writing) that being available for pictures also means being ready. Ready includes not only the dress or tux, but the flowers and jewelry they’re to wear with it. This seemingly obvious statement is really not. The people involved with the wedding are thinking of many things & are probably pretty excited prior to the wedding and, more often than not, this very thing is easily overlooked causing everyone to stop & start over.
✤ Ask one person to be present throughout the entire photography session. This “coordinator” could gather people needed for pictures, attend to any miscellaneous needs of the wedding party or photographers and in general assist throughout the photographic process.
✤ Try to make a little quiet time after the pictures and before the ceremony. A place to be alone, or with each other, even for just a few minutes to come into the mind set of the reality of what’s about to happen. We schedule our photo sessions to finish at least one hour before the wedding, specifically with this in mind.

Checklist & Itinerary

The checklist does several things... it helps to identify and prioritize the images that may mean the most to you. Once completed, the checklist then serves as a great form of communication from you to us as to exactly what your wish list would be.

We can then back-track the time table to determine how much overall time will be needed for the indicated image process and can also plug into the specific time table itself. This way everyone knows exactly when they’d be expected for pictures and you now have a time table for scheduling hair & nail appointments, spa treatments - or whatever preparation needs tending to throughout your wedding day.

After 12 years of working weddings, we’re able to determine very closely just how much time is needed for any given variety of images, so by knowing this, we can relate to you which Level of Coverage will fit the wish list. By sharing your interested budget level, we can easily convey to you if the two are compatible. If not, we can sit down and edit to create the necessary compromise.
