- Ordering Information
Pictures can be ordered on-line or by phoning, faxing or emailing the studio.
Or, if preferred, an appointment can be made for a personal consultation at the studio.
- Orders placed and paid in full within two weeks of the session receive a 5% discount on the total of their picture order - frames, novelties and other products are not included in this discount.
- A deposit of 40% of the order is due at the time the order is placed with the balance due when order is ready.
- Orders may not be picked up or delivered without payment in full.
- On-line ordering can be done directly through the secure and safe Preview Site. Packages and individual prints receive an additional 3% discount (for a total of 8%) when ordering via this method.
- These orders require credit card or PayPal payment and automaticlly qualify for the best discounts
- Payment Methods
In addition to personal funds such as check, cash or money order, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover as payment options.
- Another excellent form of on-line payment is available through PayPal. a secure, private & easy to use form of on-line payment. For more information, click here to be redirected to the PayPal website.
- A pre-payment (lay-away) plan may be established prior to the photography session. Please ask for more information on this prior to your session if this is a preferred choice.
- Copyright & Reproductions
MoonShot copyrights all photographs - prints may not be legally reproduced without written permission. A written release will be provided for any work produced with that as a part of the end result session agreement.
- MoonShot reserves the right to use any work produced in advertisements and displays, but will repect any client's wish to the contrary.
- Guarantee
As a member of the Professional Photographer's of America & the Kodak Professional Promise of Excellence Program, your portrait session and the resulting images are guaranteed for satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we will reshoot, reprint, or refund your money with every reasonable effort made to provide a satisfactory end result.
- General Portrait Terms
All session fees are due at the time of the portrait session and all orders are due in full upon completion and delivery of the order.
- Wedding Terms
Weddings are considered reserved with a signed contract and $200 deposit. All deposits made are held on account and applied to the final balance. The balance of the coverage level contracted for is due two weeks prior to the wedding.
